AgriNatif: Healing Haiti's Soils
and Empowering Local Farmers

IG page

AgriNatif is a young, passionate team of Haitian farmers and gardeners on a mission to create regenerative food systems that restore soil health, increase farmer income, and provide nutritious, healthy foods to the community. By supporting small-scale farmers and increasing soil health, AgriNatif is fighting food insecurity and climate change in Haiti.

At AgriNatif, they believe that by working with nature, they can create a sustainable food system that benefits both people and the planet. Over the past few months, the team has planted an incredible array of trees, including jackfruit, acerola cherries, coffee, cacao, sapote, soursops, starfruits, and even some native hardwoods. By prioritizing soil health and using sustainable methods, they are creating a biodiverse ecosystem that can better withstand the effects of climate change.

What's more, AgriNatif is eager to create a space where people can come together to learn about agriculture and sustainability through hands-on experience. By building a community of forward-thinking farmers and gardeners, they are making a real impact in reversing desertification and healing Haiti's soils.
