Ken Telfort

Born and raised in Haiti, Ken Telfort serves as the Corporate Vice President of Business Process Excellence at B. Braun Medical, Inc. In this role, he oversees strategies supporting manufacturing and non-manufacturing functions, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence across the organization. With a career spanning over 25 years in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, Packaging, and Medical Devices, Ken has led projects with financial benefits exceeding $175 million. A certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings expertise in project management, supply chain, and operations.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Kean University, a graduate certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an MBA in General Management from DeSales University. He is also an adjunct professor in DeSales University’s MBA program, teaching International Management and Project Management in Lima, Peru. His professional philosophy centers on integrity, respect, and fostering meaningful relationships, grounded in his personal values of faith, family, country, and community.

Ken has worked with renowned organizations like Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth (Pfizer), and the American Red Cross. He is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations, providing healthcare, education, and economic empowerment to underserved communities. As a board member of Grown in Haiti, Ken leverages his extensive experience and commitment to service to support the organization’s mission of fostering sustainable development through regenerative agroforestry.
